WAREHOUSE MANAGER

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure inventory levels are accurate by conducting regular stock checks.
• Organise the warehouse layout for efficient use of space and ease of operations.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor the maintenance of warehouse equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet business and customer needs.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• An undergraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related domain.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
