TEXTILES SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Textiles Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive growth for our textiles business. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies specifically for the textiles business that drive growth and increase market share.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by designing strong customer relationship strategies.
• Manage a team of textiles sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity in the textiles industry, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets for textile sales and marketing activities, ensuring that resources are used effectively.
• Create and deliver effective sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Attend industry events and trade shows related to the textiles industry to promote our products and build relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our textile product offerings meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on textiles.
• At least 5 years of experience in textiles sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Equally proficient in independent tasks and team-based projects.
