TEXTILE QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

About the Role:

We have an immediate requirement for a Textile Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of textile production processes and quality control, as well as a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for textile production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of textile products to ensure that they meet quality and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of advancements in textile production processes and materials, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the product development and production teams to ensure that designs are translated into production accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure that materials and production processes are of the highest quality.
• Provide technical support to the production team, and ensure that all team members are trained in quality control procedures.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on production progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in textile production or related field, with experience in quality control.
• Strong understanding of textile production processes and materials.
• Experience with quality control procedures and testing.
• Knowledge of textile regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at working autonomously and contributing to group efforts.
• Capable of thriving in high-pressure situations while adhering to strict deadlines.
