TEXTILE PRODUCTION MANAGER

About the Role:

We have an opening for a Textile Production Manager to oversee our textile production operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile production, as well as a passion for efficiency and quality. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our textile production runs smoothly and efficiently, while also meeting our high standards for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of textile production, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
• Design actionable production plans and schedule them with a focus on completing the production targets on time and meeting the deadlines.
• Ensure that production processes are efficient and cost-effective, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure that production processes align with design requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure that materials and production processes are of the highest quality.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure that they are meeting quality and performance standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team, and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on production progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in textile production or related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of textile production processes and materials.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Candidate must be ready to work independently and at times in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
