About the Role:
We are looking for a highly dedicated, passionate and experienced Territory Sales Manager to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will focus on boosting sales within an assigned region while cultivating strong connections with both prospective and current clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new sales prospects within the designated region through outreach methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure sustained business and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations for the clients about our products and services.
- Skilfully negotiate and finalise agreements, consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales initiatives, and progress updates.
- Assess market trends to uncover opportunities for expansion within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- A foundational degree in Business, Marketing, or another relevant area.
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on building long-term relationships.
- Capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
