SPINNING MANAGER

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Spinning Manager to oversee our textile spinning operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile spinning and a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of textile spinning operations, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
• Develop and implement spinning plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure that spinning processes are efficient and cost-effective, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure that spinning processes align with design requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure that materials and spinning processes are of the highest quality.
• Conduct regular audits of spinning processes to ensure that they are meeting quality and performance standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the spinning team, and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on production progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in textile spinning or related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of textile spinning processes and materials.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to operate effectively alone and in a team dynamic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excels in managing workload effectively, even under time constraints.
