SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

About the Role:

We are an innovative software company working with a mission to deliver innovative software solutions to businesses worldwide. We have an opening for a Solutions Architect to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on technical architecture to the development teams.
• Identify technical requirements and implement solutions to meet them as per the business objectives.
• Develop and maintain architecture artefacts such as high-level designs, technology roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Keep up to date with and evaluate new technologies, methodologies and tools that can enhance solution delivery.
• Have regular conversations with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals and ensure the compliance of the solutions accordingly.
• Train junior team members on best practices in software architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent domain specialisation.
• Prior experience in software development and architecture, preferably 5-plus years.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Expertise in Java and Python.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
