REGISTERED NURSE

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our hospital immediately. RNs play an integral part in the overall quality of health care we provide. They perform a variety of duties such as assessing and monitoring patients' conditions and needs, ensuring treatments are done as per the facility's rules and administering medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design individualized care plans after careful assessment of patient's needs and health conditions.
• Administer treatments and medications as per physician's prescription, watch out for patients' vital signs, and intervene instantly if any patients show adverse reactions.
• Counsel patients, bystanders and families on health conditions, treatment plans, self-care practices etc.
• Supervise support staff and nursing assistants and ensure that they comply with the hospital's pre-set procedures and policies.
• Keep upskilling and learning.
• Keep a close track of patient's responses to treatments.
• Work in an interdisciplinary team and liaise with all involved professionals such as physicians, social workers, surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Keep a comprehensive and accurate record of the patient's condition, treatment and other important information.
• Improve the quality of patient care delivered by careful evaluation and timely improvement of processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• A valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute.
• Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Should be able to work in an interdisciplinary team and enhance patient care.
• Two plus years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Should be able to make quick assessments of patient's conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated to delivering superior-quality patient care.
