PRODUCT MANAGER

About the Role:

We have an opening for a Product Manager to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the development of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and define vision and strategy for the products.
• Know the market trends and pulse through regular market studies and research and devise strategies to improve existing products.
• Manage product backlog based on data-driven decisions.
• Develop product roadmaps and communicate them with the teams on time defining clear goals and milestones.
• Understand customer needs and ensure that they are properly represented in product decisions.
• Schedule and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Assess the success of the product based on key product metrics and make future product decisions.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar domain.
• Prior experience in product management in the software industry.
• Proven track record of launching successful software products.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have an exclusive technical background with proper collaboration experience with software development teams.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
