OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

About the Role:

This is a full-time position in our newly launched healthcare facility. You will assist patients to return to their previous selves following an illness or injury. The role will require you to handle a variety of tasks such as evaluating patients' progress, helping them perform daily activities on their own, and designing individualistic treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the patient's condition to determine the need for occupational therapy.
• Help patients improve their hand-eye coordination and motor skills.
• Modify treatment plans for the patients in accordance with the variations in their conditions.
• Incorporate the latest innovations and advances in rehabilitation technology and occupational therapy into the practice.
• Design individualized treatment plans for the patients to help them regain their independence in performing daily activities.
• Maintain an accurate and detailed record of patient progress.
• Enhance patient care by forming a cross-disciplinary team involving nurses and physicians.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Occupational Therapy obtained from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• License to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
