MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST

About the Role:

We currently have an opening for experienced Medical Technologists to join our hospital. In this role, you will execute a wide range of duties like performing laboratory tests, evaluating the results, and keeping physicians updated with accurate data regarding patients' diagnoses and treatment for designing future treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a number of critical immunology, laboratory, microbiology, haematology and chemistry tests and keep accurate records of the same.
• Ensure good maintenance of the laboratory equipment and operate them as recommended.
• Ensure adherence to meeting the highest standards in quality control and assurance.
• Be quick to learn and master the latest developments in medical technologies and laboratory procedures.
• Assess the result of laboratory tests carried out and discuss or communicate the key findings with the patients, concerned physicians or any other healthcare professionals involved.
• Work in collaboration with other professionals and ensure the highest standard and quality in the deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology.
• Should be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and bring results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic and technical skills.
• A valid medical license.
• Should have a passion for delivering superior-quality healthcare.
