LABOURER

About the Role:

We have a few openings for physically fit and motivated Labourers to join our construction team. Ideal candidates for these positions should be able to perform physically demanding manual labour tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labourer tasks - carrying heavy materials, digging, lifting etc.
• Provide assistance to tradespeople who perform masonry, concrete work and carpentry.
• Load and unload construction supplies and materials from delivery trucks.
• Ensure personal safety by wearing safety equipment and strictly following the safety procedures.
• Work towards ensuring safety and cleanliness at the work sites, including removing debris, maintaining construction equipment and assisting the safety team in dealing with hazards.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the site supervisor.

Requirements:

• Should be physically fit to perform highly demanding manual labour tasks.
• Should be motivated to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Should be committed to delivering quality services to the clients and hold a strong work ethic.
• Should be willing to work in a team and follow instructions by the respective leads and supervisors.
• Be available at the job site on time.
