DYEING AND PRINTING MANAGER

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Dyeing and Printing Manager to oversee our textile dyeing and printing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile dyeing and printing, as well as a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of textile dyeing and printing operations, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
• Develop and implement dyeing and printing plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure that dyeing and printing processes are efficient and cost-effective, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure that dyeing and printing processes align with design requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure that materials and dyeing and printing processes are of the highest quality.
• Conduct regular audits of dyeing and printing processes to ensure that they are meeting quality and performance standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the dyeing and printing team, and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on production progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in textile dyeing and printing or related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of textile dyeing and printing processes and materials.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Competent in managing tasks independently while also excelling in team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure.
