DEVOPS ENGINEER

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified, passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The candidate should be thorough about automation and have prior experience handling applications' deployment and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan deployment pipelines on time and maintain continuous integration.
• Automate the processes of configuration and infrastructure management.
• Keep track of production phases and perform root cause analysis of production incidents.
• Establish and maintain a smooth and ongoing collaboration with software development teams and facilitate software integration for the deployment pipeline.
• Bring production systems to increase performance and availability.
• Identify potential threats at an early stage and implement appropriate security measures to quash them.
• Stay current on the latest trends as well as technologies in the industry.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience working as a DevOps Engineer.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Thorough knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Expertise in containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of software version control systems (Git).
