BUSINESS ANALYST

As a Business Analyst in our team, you will be in charge of identifying business requirements, improving processes, defining goals and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ascertain the feasibility of undertaking new software projects.
• Analyse business requirements and processes.
• Get proper clarity regarding project objectives and scope through frequent interactions with stakeholders.
• Carry out process mapping and gap analysis to find out areas of improvement.
• Establish clear use cases and functional specifications.
• Make sure that the software solutions under development reciprocate the business requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and their adherence to the budget.
• Evaluate processes from time to time and implement steps to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• A graduation in the domain of Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• More than 3 years of experience in business analysis and software development is preferred.
• Advanced analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience in handling project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
